Website & Account Add-on Terms

By enabling any Brakebee Add-On Service ("Add-On," "Connector," or "Integration"), including but not limited to the Walmart Connector, Amazon Connector, TikTok Connector, Wholesale Connector, Email Collection Tools, and Website Sync Tools, you agree to the following terms. These terms supplement the Brakebee Terms of Use and Marketplace Terms.

SECTION 1 — GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL ADD-ONS

1. Service Description

  • Add-Ons allow you to publish products, sync inventory, receive orders, and process sales across third-party platforms using Brakebee's systems or Brakebee-owned marketplace accounts.
  • Participation is optional and enabled through your dashboard.

2. Product Listings

By opting in, you authorize Brakebee to:

  • Publish your opt-in products to connected marketplaces
  • Modify listing content (titles, descriptions, categories, images) to meet marketplace guidelines
  • Manage compliance attributes or required fields
  • Represent your listings on your behalf for the purpose of selling your products

You remain responsible for accurate product information and compliance.

3. Pricing

  • Marketplace prices may be automatically calculated to include required margins, connector fees, or marketplace-specific rules.
  • Pricing may be adjusted by Brakebee to comply with platform fair-pricing policies, MAP restrictions, or risk controls.
  • You agree that Brakebee may update prices without prior notice to protect marketplace account standing.

4. Inventory

  • You control inventory allocation per marketplace from your dashboard.
  • All marketplace sales reduce your Brakebee inventory.
  • Oversells caused by inaccurate inventory may result in order cancellations, penalties, or removal from connectors.

5. Orders

  • Orders placed through third-party marketplaces will be routed to your Brakebee dashboard.
  • You must fulfill orders according to the marketplace's required handling time.
  • Failure to meet shipping deadlines may result in deactivation from specific connectors.

6. Shipping & Tracking

You agree to:

  • Use valid, trackable shipping methods
  • Upload tracking within marketplace-required timelines
  • Ship blind-drop if the marketplace requires it (no promotional inserts)

Non-compliance may result in penalties or account removal.

7. Returns & Customer Service

  • You must accept returns according to each marketplace's return policy and timeframe.
  • Marketplace rules override your personal return policy.
  • You authorize Brakebee to issue refunds where required by marketplace policy.
  • Buyers must be treated professionally and with reasonable response times.

8. Fees & Payout Schedule

  • Each marketplace may impose commissions, referral fees, closing fees, fulfillment fees, advertising fees, or penalties.
  • Brakebee may deduct fees from your payout or charge your payment method.
  • Payout timing varies by marketplace; a typical window is 30 days after valid tracking or longer if required.

9. Product Removal

Products you remove or that are delisted due to policy violations may not be re-listed for 60 days, or longer if the marketplace requires it.

10. Compliance

You agree to follow:

  • All rules, terms, and policies of each connected marketplace
  • All product safety, labeling, legal compliance, and prohibited-item rules
  • All Brakebee Marketplace Terms and content standards

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from connectors.

SECTION 2 — THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE CONNECTOR TERMS

(Walmart, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy Wholesale, and any similar marketplace connectors)

By enabling any third-party marketplace connector, you agree to the following unified conditions.

1. Drop-Ship Fulfillment Model

You act as the supplier/manufacturer, fulfilling orders placed through the marketplace.

Brakebee will:

  • List your products
  • Maintain marketplace account health
  • Sync inventory and pricing
  • Route orders to you for fulfillment

You must:

  • Fulfill orders on time
  • Provide valid tracking
  • Ship professionally and according to platform standards
  • Package orders without marketing inserts unless permitted

2. Marketplace Policies

You agree to:

  • Follow all policies and seller requirements of each marketplace you connect to.
  • Review and accept the platform terms, such as:
    • Walmart Marketplace Terms
    • Amazon Handmade/Marketplace Terms
    • TikTok Shop Seller Terms
    • eBay Seller Terms
    • Other applicable policies depending on the connector

Brakebee may remove your products from connectors for any policy violations or account-level risks.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You agree that:

  • Each marketplace's return window and refund policy overrides your own.
  • You must accept eligible returns and process them promptly.
  • Brakebee may issue refunds on your behalf if marketplace rules require it.
  • You are responsible for return-related costs if due to your error (defects, mis-shipments, inaccurate listings).

4. Compliance & Documentation

You must supply any required documentation, including:

  • Safety certifications
  • Material declarations
  • Prop 65 warnings
  • Battery disclosures
  • Variants, GTIN/UPC data
  • Age-restricted material confirmations

Marketplace non-compliance may result in immediate delisting.

5. Performance Standards

You must maintain acceptable:

  • On-time shipping rates
  • Cancellation rates
  • Tracking upload rates
  • Product accuracy
  • Customer service response times

Failure may result in suspension from individual connectors or all connectors.

6. Payments

  • Payment timing varies by marketplace (typically ~30 days after valid tracking).
  • Chargebacks, adjustments, lost-in-transit claims, or penalties may be deducted from your payout.
  • You authorize Brakebee to collect or offset these adjustments via your payment method on file.

SECTION 3 — WHOLESALE CONNECTOR TERMS

If you participate in wholesale marketplace integrations:

  • You must provide accurate wholesale pricing, MOQs, and order minimums.
  • Net terms may be determined by the wholesale marketplace.
  • Sellers must fulfill wholesale orders within the required timelines.
  • Chargebacks or penalties from wholesale channels may be passed through to the seller.

SECTION 4 — EMAIL COLLECTION & WEBSITE ADD-ONS

For add-ons involving email capture, forms, or site integrations:

  • You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and all privacy laws.
  • Email collection must be based on valid, explicit consent.
  • You may not misuse, spam, or resell collected emails.
  • Violations may result in suspension of the Add-On or marketplace account.

SECTION 5 — TERMINATION OF ADD-ONS

Brakebee may suspend or terminate any Add-On for:

  • Policy violations
  • Repeated late shipments
  • Excessive returns or complaints
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Marketplace account risk
  • Failure to maintain accurate product data

You may disable Add-Ons at any time, but all existing orders must still be fulfilled.

Acceptance of Terms

By enabling any Add-On or Connector, you acknowledge and agree to these Add-On Service Terms and the applicable third-party marketplace terms.
