Return Policy
At Brakebee, operated by Online Art Festival LLC DBA Brakebee ("Brakebee," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to love the art you discover on Brakebee.com ("the Site"). Brakebee is a marketplace. Each product page shows the return terms that apply to that item. This page explains those terms, our minimum Marketplace Guarantee, and how to start a return.
1. How to read the return terms on a product
Every product lists one of the three return options below. The option on the product page is the policy for that purchase. Review it before you buy. Questions: support@brakebee.com.
2. Product return options
Returns accepted for 30 days after delivery
You may return this item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Replace/Exchange for damage only
This item cannot be returned for a refund. If it arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or offer an exchange. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage.
No refund/return/exchange — all sales final
This item cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All sales are final. Please review the product description and images carefully before purchasing.
3. Brakebee Marketplace Guarantee (every order)
Regardless of the product return option, Brakebee still supports these cases on every purchase:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that arrive defective
- Items that are mis-shipped or incorrect
In those cases you are eligible for a refund or replacement through Brakebee support, even on "all sales final" or "exchange for damage only" items.
4. Return shipping and process
- Return window: Counted from the delivery date for 30-day products, as stated on the product page.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging and in new, unused condition unless the return is for damage, defect, or a mis-shipment.
- Return shipping: The buyer pays return shipping unless the return is covered by the Marketplace Guarantee.
- How to start: Email returns@brakebee.com with your order number. We will send instructions for returning the item to the artist.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@brakebee.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund under the Marketplace Guarantee.
If the wrong item arrives, we will correct the order at no additional cost. Once the incorrect item is returned in new condition, we will ship the correct one or refund you if the correct item is unavailable.
Keep all original packaging until the process is complete.
