About Brakebee Marketplace Brakebee is a curated online marketplace that connects verified artists, artisans, and creative studios directly with buyers. Our mission is to make it easy for collectors and art enthusiasts to discover and purchase authentic artwork and handcrafted items from talented creators. How Our Marketplace Works Product Listings: All products listed on Brakebee are created and sold by independent artists and studios who have been verified through our onboarding process. Each product page clearly identifies the seller. Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled in one of two ways: • Direct from Artist: The artist or studio ships the item directly to you from their location. • Fulfilled by Brakebee: For select items, Brakebee handles warehousing and shipping on behalf of the artist. The fulfillment method is indicated on each product page. Pricing & Fees Artists set their own retail prices. Brakebee charges a commission on each sale to cover platform operations, payment processing, and customer support. This commission is built into the listed price — you pay the price you see. Third-Party Marketplaces Some Brakebee artists may also have their products listed on external marketplaces (such as Walmart.com) through Brakebee's seller accounts. These listings are managed by Brakebee on behalf of the artists, and all orders are processed through our systems. Returns & Customer Protection We stand behind every purchase. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right. See our full Returns Policy for details. Artist Verification All sellers on Brakebee go through a verification process before they can list products. We review their work, verify their identity, and ensure they meet our quality standards.
