Ramen Blue Framed by the Nature Gallery is a close up of water condensation on a clear lid while cooking ramen one winter afternoon. So many have looked at it and rightfully said that this reminds them off scales from mermaids! I think I missed the title on this one!

The Fossil Ammonite Poster by The Nature Gallery is an amazing closeup macrophotograph of a fossilized ammonite.  This is from the genus Cleoniceras, found in sediments on Madagascar dated at 65 million years ago. These ancient ancestors to living pearly nautilus were once covered with shell-like armor that has since worn away over time allowing us see this beautiful creature's internal structure!

Maple Leaves Framed

One of the best years of fall color I have experienced in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  Maple Leaves Framed by The Nature Gallery captures colors of the red maple trees.  This is usually the first (and most uncertain!) tree to turn color - did well this year.

Blown by winds off Lake Superior up into the curves of the rock.  Was a beautiful contrast of the red leaves and black rock.
