Verified Artist Terms
By applying for and maintaining Verified Artist status on Brakebee, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Authenticity & Creative Ownership
- All work submitted for sale or review must be created by you personally.
- You agree to provide accurate documentation or proof of your creative process when requested.
- Submitting false, copied, or misrepresented work may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
2. Verification Duration & Renewal
- Verified Artist status is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval.
- To maintain your verified badge and associated benefits, you must renew annually.
- Verification renewal requires an active and valid payment method on file.
3. Content & Conduct Standards
- You agree to maintain professional conduct in all interactions on the platform.
- Only handmade, artisan-created work may be submitted under Verified Artist status.
- All product listings, descriptions, and materials must be accurate, truthful, and representative of your actual methods and craftsmanship.
4. Payment Terms
- The annual verification fee of $50 is non-refundable once your application is approved.
- Your verification will auto-renew each year, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- If payment fails or cannot be processed, your Verified Artist status may be paused or revoked.
5. Verification Review Process
- All verification applications undergo manual review by our team.
- The review process typically requires 3–5 business days, though this timeframe may vary.
- Brakebee reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke Verified status at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Verified Artist Terms, as well as all applicable Brakebee policies.
