Leo Snack Shop Terms
Leo Snack Shop — Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 4, 2026
1. Overview
Leo Snacks ("Snacks") are a prepaid digital credit used to access AI-powered features on the BrakeBee platform. By purchasing or using Snacks, you agree to these terms.
2. Purchasing Snacks
Snack packs are available for purchase via the Snack Shop. All purchases are charged to your card on file through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees.
3. Snack Balance & Ledger
Your Snack balance is maintained in a digital ledger. All transactions (purchases, usage, free weekly grants, achievement rewards) are recorded and visible in your account. Snacks have no cash value and cannot be converted to currency, transferred to other users, or redeemed for refunds except as required by law.
4. Free Weekly Snacks
Eligible users may receive one (1) free Snack per week, available for claim each Wednesday. Free Snacks accumulate up to a maximum of five (5). Unclaimed Snacks beyond this cap are forfeited. Free Snack availability may change at our discretion.
5. Usage & Expiration
Snacks are consumed when you use AI features such as product description generation. Each feature displays its Snack cost before use. Purchased Snacks do not expire. Free Snacks do not expire while your account remains active.
6. Refund Policy
Snack purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that results in Snacks being consumed without receiving the AI output, please contact support and we will review your case. We may issue Snack credits at our discretion.
7. Card on File
To purchase Snacks, you must have a valid payment method on file. Your card information is securely stored by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. By saving your card, you authorize us to charge it for Snack pack purchases you initiate.
8. Fair Use
Snacks and AI features are intended for legitimate creative and business use. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse, automated consumption, or any activity that degrades the service for other users.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Snack Shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via your dashboard or email.
