Create an art show, festival, or event for artists to apply to.

  1. Log in

    Log in with your promoter account. After you sign in, this opens the event form.

  2. Basic information

    Event title and event type. Both are required.

  3. Event dates

    Start date and end date. Both are required. This step saves the draft.

  4. Venue

    Venue name, street address, city, state, and ZIP.

  5. Event details

    Age restrictions, tickets, and lineup.

  6. Event settings

    Application status, whether artists can apply online, and caps for artists and applications.

  7. Application requirements

    Fees, timeline, fields, and booth options. Included when online applications are turned on.

  8. SEO and discoverability

    Search title, meta description, and keywords. Defaults are used if you leave these blank.

  9. Event images

    Photos of the event.

  10. Create the event

    Saves the event. It stays a draft until you set Event Status to Live.
